Buying new beds for your dogs or cats is always a bit of a risk. Why? Because how many have you actually bought to find your pets just don't like using them. Finding the best dog beds can be an expensive and drawn out affair so Three Spotty Dogs welcomed the chance to trial some pet beds from Silentnight to see how they faired.
Molly, Marcy and Mona are the experts in turning their noses up at new beds and always return to their old faithfuls. So if the Silentnight Pet Beds were going to pass the TSD test, then they had to be good!

So the Silentnight Calming Donut Bed is popular with Mona. We really like the fact that she migrates to it to watch what is going on outside and very often due to it's calming texture will drop off to sleep for a little while.
We like the way that it is easily repaired if it has been torn by one of her antics. I am sure she isn't the only one to tear a bed and so being able to do invisible repairs on it is a big plus.
We found the Silentnight Calming Donut Bed to be a really great day bed.

Orthopaedic Pet Bed

The Orthopaedic Pet Bed is great for those dogs that need a little more support and pressure point cushioning. However it is also a good everyday bed for all dogs as it provides this protection from a younger age to help avoid joint problems later.
The firm yet cushioned base is not so deep it causes issues when getting in and out. Sometimes when these beds have a deep base the older dog can loose balance as it does not hold firm. We found no problems at all with this bed in this regard. The bed is large enough for full stretch and the cushioned sides provide the perfect head rest.
Made from a durable fabric that as well as being machine washable is spot sponge safe too.
The Orthopaedic Dog Bed is another good quality everyday use dog bed from Silentnight.
3. Our Favourite Great All Rounder

We really like the fact that the girls all like this bed. Mona has started to try it out too now and so we will be replacing the two remaining plastic beds with these.
The Memory Foam Pet Bed is cushioned and yet supportive. The sides provide a cosiness that the dogs seems to like. The non slip base ensures it does not slide around the floor when they get in and out and it is roomy without being overly large so will fit in for smaller spaces.
We found this bed a great for all round everyday use.
Conclusion
So as you can see the girls' were very happy with the Silentnight Pet Beds we trialled. Two of their old faithful plastic beds have now gone to dog bed heaven (the attic).
We were surpised at the result due to them normally rejecting new beds. So on that basis, I am sure your pets will love the Silentnight range of dog beds as much as the TSD's do.
